Baby showers are booked as Standard Event Rentals. Saturdays are $1,500 for a 5-hour event; Sunday through Friday are $1,250. Additional hours are available at $250 each. One hour of setup time is included before your event starts, and a 30% deposit reserves your date. Book a walkthrough to check current availability.
The Electric Loft comfortably holds up to 100 guests in 1,900 square feet of open loft space. For a mix of seated dining, games, and gift opening, the layout works well for 75 to 100 people. We can walk through your specific setup on a venue tour.
Yes. There are no vendor restrictions at The Electric Loft. You can bring in your own caterer, baker, florist, DJ, or any other vendor you choose. Full kitchen access (fridge, stove, prep tables, sink, and microwave) is included with every rental. We also have a curated vendor list available if you need recommendations.
Yes. Every rental includes a sound system with both a wired and wireless microphone. You can play a playlist, lead games from the mic, or set up amplified toasts without any additional charge. The system handles background music and speeches comfortably for groups up to 100.
Yes. Free street parking is available on 2nd Street directly in front of the venue, and an affordable public parking lot is about one block away. Most guests park right out front. The Electric Loft is easy to find in the downtown Pomona Arts District, close to the I-10, 60, and 71 freeways.
The Electric Loft is located on the second floor with stair access only. There is no elevator. If you have guests with mobility concerns, please mention this when booking your walkthrough so we can discuss the best approach for your group.
