We comfortably host up to 100 guests. The 1,900 sq ft loft includes tables and white padded resin chairs for your full guest count, full kitchen access, a sound system, and 19 smart color-changing lights. For fully seated setups like games and gift opening, plan for about 75 guests. For a mix of mingling and seating, you can host up to 100.
Saturday events are $1,500 for a 5-hour event. Sunday through Friday events are $1,250. Both include one hour of setup time before your start. Additional hours are $250 each. A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date.
The venue is on the second floor with stairs only. There is no elevator. We recommend letting your guests know in advance, and we are happy to discuss your specific needs during a venue walkthrough.
Yes. There are no vendor restrictions. You can bring your own caterer, DJ, decorator, and any other vendor you choose. Beer, wine, and champagne are permitted. Hard liquor requires a licensed bartender. We have a curated vendor list available if you need recommendations.
Free street parking is available on 2nd Street right in front of the venue, and a public lot is one block away. The venue is in downtown Pomona's Arts District, where parking is easy for most events. If your event falls on the second Saturday of the month, note that Pomona Art Walk brings street closures nearby, and we can help with accommodations.
