We’ve made it easy to find our local vendors to help you make your event one of a kind.
We keep this part simple, because you have enough to think about. The room is $1,250 Sunday through Friday and $1,500 on Saturday, for five hours together. If you need longer, it’s $250 an hour. That’s everything. Nothing gets added at the end.

Hundreds of Families Served
Comfortably up to 100 guests. Seated receptions land around 75 to 85, and open gatherings where people mingle and share memories flow closer to 100. We will map the layout with you so the room feels right.
Reach out and we will move as fast as you need. If the date is open, a 30% deposit secures it the same day, and weekday daytime slots have the most availability. Call 909-706-6312 and a real person will answer.
Yes, and we encourage it. Full kitchen access is included for family cooking or any caterer you choose, with no restrictions and no vendor fees. Beer, wine, and champagne are permitted for toasts; hard liquor requires a licensed bartender.
Absolutely. Families set up memory tables, photo displays, and slideshows, and the sound system handles music and spoken tributes. Freestanding displays and easels work best, and we will walk through your ideas together before the day.
Sunday through Friday is $1,250 and Saturdays are $1,500 for a 5-hour gathering, with a setup hour included and no surprise fees. Additional hours are $250 each.
We want to be fully honest: the loft is on the second floor with stair access only, and there is no elevator. Many families plan a steady hand for older loved ones. If stairs are a concern for key guests, tell us and we will help you think it through.
