That’s the gap we fill. The Electric Loft holds 75 guests comfortably and up to 100 at full capacity. It’s 1,900 square feet, and the brick and wood floors are original to the 1896 building. It’s the closest true 100-guest event space to the University of La Verne, which is why May and June fill up with graduation parties before spring even settles in.
The drive is shorter than most people’s trip to Trader Joe’s. Straight down White Ave past the Fairplex, ten minutes, free parking when you arrive. Your guests coming from the 210 side of town will beat you there.

Coming from Bonita Ave or the 210, take Fairplex Dr south to White Ave, then left on 2nd Street. Either route lands you in the Arts District with time to spare.
A free public lot sits one minute from our front door, and street parking on 2nd is free all week. Guests coming from La Verne for an evening event won’t circle the block once.
