Montclair is right next door and still has almost nowhere to put 90 people. The restaurants around Montclair Place are lovely for a dinner party of 30. The banquet halls along Holt and Mission come with food-and-beverage minimums and a drop ceiling.
That’s the gap we fill. The Electric Loft holds 75 guests comfortably and up to 100 at full capacity. It’s 1,900 square feet, and the brick and wood floors are original to the 1896 building. It’s the closest true 100-guest event space to Montclair, which is why May and June fill up with Montclair High and Chaffey graduation parties before spring even settles in.
The drive is shorter than most people’s trip to Costco. West on the 10 or straight down Holt, ten minutes, free parking when you arrive. Your guests coming from Upland will beat you there.

Top floor of the M&M Electric Building. About 10 minutes door to door.
Rather skip the freeway? Holt Ave runs straight west into downtown. Turn right on Garey and left on 2nd. Either route lands you in the Arts District with time to spare.
A free public lot sits one minute from our front door, and street parking on 2nd is free all week. Guests coming from Montclair for an evening event won’t circle the block once.
