The Electric Loft is about ten minutes from the Cal Poly Pomona campus and fifteen from Mt. SAC, which is why May and June Saturdays here fill with grad parties. Their school colors go straight into the lighting, so you are not taping streamers to a beige wall. The brick handles a photo wall without any decoration at all, and the room seats 100 for the family dinner afterward. Weekday rate is $1,250, Saturday is $1,500. The same room hosts milestone birthday celebrations the rest of the year, so if the grad also has a big birthday coming, you already know the room.

Comfortably up to 100 guests. Seated family dinners land around 75 to 85, and open-house style parties where people come and go flow closer to 100. One honest note: we are a second-floor loft with stair access only.
Sunday through Friday is $1,250 and Saturdays are $1,500 for a 5-hour event, with a setup hour included and tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. Additional hours are $250 each. No surprise fees.
Early. May and June Saturdays are the first dates on the calendar to go every year, and we only hold dates with a 30% deposit. If your graduate's ceremony date is set, lock the party date the same week.
Yes to both. Full kitchen access is included for family cooking or any caterer, taco guy included, with no vendor fees. Banners, balloon arches, and photo backdrops are welcome, and our 19 color-changing lights can match the school colors exactly.
Both, plus nursing pinnings, master's celebrations, and every milestone in between. We are minutes from Cal Poly Pomona, Mt. SAC, University of La Verne, and the Claremont Colleges, so grad season is one of our favorite times of year.
The whole second floor is yours: private, a real sound system for the toasts and the playlist, and good photos. Free parking on 2nd Street, and pricing that's posted up front.
