When you fill out a contact form, request availability, book a walkthrough, or apply to our vendor program, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, and any details you include in your message. If you pay a deposit or invoice, your payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
If you leave a comment on our blog, we collect the name and email you enter along with your IP address and browser information to help with spam detection.
Text Messages and Email
When you submit your phone number through one of our forms, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry and booking. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking. With your consent, we may also send occasional promotional messages, and you can opt out at any time.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule walkthroughs, manage bookings and contracts, send confirmations and reminders, process payments, improve our website, and, with your consent, share news and offers about the venue. We do not sell your personal information.
Services We Use
Our forms, scheduling, and messaging run on our customer relationship platform (Nurturely). Information you submit through those forms is stored there so we can respond to you. Our website is hosted by SiteGround, whose servers keep standard access logs (such as IP address and pages visited). Pages on this site also load content from Google, including Google Fonts, embedded Google Maps, embedded YouTube videos, and website analytics. These providers may set cookies or collect usage data under their own privacy policies.

Sharing
